Position: Graduate Trainee – Store Sales

Experience: Freshers eligible

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their furniture requirements.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing and offers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture and interior solutions.
• Generate sales leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and installation.
• Maintain customer records and ensure an excellent in-store experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate (full-time, regular).
• Minimum 60% in SSC, HSC and graduation.
• Candidates who graduated in June/July 2025 or final-year students graduating by June/July 2026.
• No academic gaps, except a one-year gap between 12th and UG for entrance exam preparation.
• No active backlogs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Must be willing to work at Mulund, Mumbai.

Salary & Benefits:

During Training:

• Monthly stipend: ?27,000.
• Structured training with regular performance reviews.

After Successful Training & Absorption:

• Designation: Assistant Executive.
• Fixed CTC: ?5.12 LPA.
• Performance-linked variable pay of up to 30% of annual CTC.
• Additional business performance-linked variable pay.
