Grievance Officer / Analyst – NCRP & Cyber Fraud Operations - Mumbai

Key Requirements

• Experience in Cybercrime / Financial Fraud Grievance Handling
• Hands-on experience with NCRP / I4C / CFCFRMS
• Knowledge of Lien Marking & Account Freeze processes
• Experience in analysing UPI, IMPS & Net Banking transactions
• Coordination with Police / Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs)
• Customer grievance handling and branch support
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Banking / NBFC experience preferred
