Job Title: Growth Head

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's growth and business strategy.
• Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention & revenue growth.
• Build strategic partnerships with IFAs, Wealth Managers, Banks, NBFCs, Brokers & FinTechs.
• Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for new products and offerings.
• Own key business metrics including AUM growth, investor acquisition & revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing & Operations to scale the business.
• Someone with entrepreneurship mindset ready to help set up the new verticals.
