About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner with strong experience in a small to mid-sized IT services organization.

What We're Looking For

• 5-6 years of core HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in HRBP / HR Generalist responsibilities.
• Strong exposure to Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Experience in Induction & Onboarding.
• Employee Connect & Engagement initiatives.
• PMS / Performance Management.
• Rewards & Recognition (R&R).
• Employee relations and grievance handling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Should have worked closely with / supported an HR Head, GM or VP.
• Stable career history preferred.

• Pure Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, Payroll-only or HR Operations-only profiles.
