What We're Looking For:
? Experience in Non-IT, BPO & Bulk Hiring
? Strong candidate database and professional network
? Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia & social media hiring
? Experience conducting job postings, walk-ins, job fairs & hiring drives
? Excellent sourcing, screening & follow-up skills
? Proven track record of achieving hiring targets and closures
?? Location: Sathnur, Bangalore (Work from Office)
?? Experience: 1–5 Years
?? Salary: ?15,000 – ?25,000/month Attractive Incentives
