Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR operations.
• Recruitment coordination and onboarding.
• Employee lifecycle management.
• Attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Employee query resolution.
• HRMS data management and reporting.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and employees.

Eligibility

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.
