Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and consultants.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling multiple positions simultaneously.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
