Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through various job portals and professional networks
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring experience
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and drive timely closures
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate hiring data

Eligibility

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment
