Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates using various recruitment tools
• Support the recruitment team in coordinating interviews and assessments
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
