• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in international B2C or inside sales.
• Prior experience managing sales teams and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working with US customers and in a night-shift environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
