About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Product Manager / IT Delivery Manager with a strong technical background to drive product delivery, governance, security, and stakeholder management for the Nordics region.

Must-Have Skills

• Technical Product Management / IT Delivery Management
• Strong understanding of .NET, C#, and SQL (developer background preferred)
• SDLC, Release Planning & Delivery Governance
• Risk, Dependency & Issue Management
• Vulnerability Remediation & Security Governance
• Azure DevOps – Boards, Queries, Dashboards & Reporting
• Compliance, Audit & Regulatory Delivery Coordination
• Executive Reporting, KPI & Metrics Tracking
• Strong Stakeholder Management

Good to Have

• Insurance domain experience
• Regulatory & Compliance framework exposure
• Jira, Confluence & BMC
• LeanIX
• Application Security / Secure SDLC awareness
• Previous experience as a Developer, Senior Developer, or Tech Lead
• Experience managing legacy and modern .NET applications
• Azure / Cloud platform exposure
