About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to handle IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Handle both IT recruitment requirements
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
• Manage candidate follow-ups and offer/joining processes
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in IT
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods are preferred
