Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical requirements
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and references
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
• Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts and candidate closures
• Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience hiring for networking, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, SAP, software development, data engineering and more
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach
