About the Role

Hiring an IT Support Executive for our warehouse operations in Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra. This is a combined IT Support Warehouse Operations role, ideal for candidates who are comfortable with hands-on IT support as well as operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Laptop/device setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Windows & macOS support
• Hardware, software, printer and email troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365, Teams and basic Active Directory support
• IT asset management and documentation
• Basic network, antivirus, backup and endpoint support
• Coordination with IT vendors for repairs/replacements
• Warehouse IT and operational support
• Package labeling, sticker application and scanning-related activities
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse requirements

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Internal IT
• Good hands-on laptop and hardware troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and basic networking
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
• Candidates comfortable with both IT and operational responsibilities are preferred
