About the Role

We are hiring IT Technical Support / Desktop Support Engineers with 8 months to 1 year of experience.

Mandatory Skills

• IT Helpdesk / Technical Support / Desktop Support
• Windows OS installation & configuration
• Application installation & configuration
• OS deployment using WDS, Ghost Imaging & Bootable USB/Pendrive
• Troubleshooting & issue diagnosis
• Incident/Ticket Management
• SLA tracking and resolution
• Issue logging & technical documentation
• Escalation management
• Good written & verbal communication
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

Additional Information

Azure/AWS knowledge or certification will be an added advantage.
