Position: Java Developer (Fresher / Junior)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Java Developer with a strong foundation in core Java concepts. The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of programming basics and be eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, test, and maintain Java-based applications

• Understand and implement OOPS concepts in development

• Handle exceptions and debug basic issues in code

• Work with arrays, loops, and collections like Map/HashMap

• Collaborate with team members on development tasks

• Participate in code reviews and learning sessions

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Java, JVM, JDK, and JRE

• Strong understanding of data types, variables, and operators (mandatory)

• Understanding of OOPS concepts (Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction)

• Knowledge of loops, arrays, and exception handling

• Familiarity with Java Collections (Map, HashMap)

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of SQL

• Knowledge of any IDE (Eclipse/IntelliJ)

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt
