About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Façade Designer to join our design team and support the preparation of façade drawings and technical documentation. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and an interest in façade or structural design are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing initial façade drawings and technical documents under the guidance of senior team members.
• Make revisions to drawings and specifications based on feedback from the design team.
• Support the team in day-to-day façade design activities.
• Maintain and organize design files, records, and project documentation.
• Assist with basic quality checks of drawings before formal review.
• Learn and apply company standards, project specifications, and fundamental engineering principles.
• Develop knowledge of façade materials and local building codes.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
• 0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD is mandatory.
• Strong interest in façade, structural, or architectural design.
• Good learning ability and willingness to develop skills in advanced design tools.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.

The role reports directly to the Façade Designer or Senior Façade Designer and provides an opportunity to build strong technical expertise in façade design.
