About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a growing renewable energy company operating in the solar power sector, with approximately 240 MWp of commissioned capacity and an ambition to scale to 1 GWp. This is an excellent opportunity for procurement professionals looking to build their careers in renewable energy and gain exposure to solar project procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requisitions and request quotations from suppliers.
• Source vendors and prepare commercial comparison statements.
• Assist in price evaluation and routine commercial negotiations.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Track supplier commitments, dispatches, and material deliveries.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received.
• Coordinate with suppliers, project teams, Stores, and Finance.
• Maintain procurement trackers, MIS reports, and ERP records.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and commercial comparisons.
• Experience in vendor coordination, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites and suppliers.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
• Experience in solar EPC, renewable energy, electrical equipment, infrastructure, or industrial procurement is preferred.
