About the Role

We are looking for an L1 Active Directory Engineer with hands-on experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP/Infoblox, ADFS, PowerShell and Windows Server administration to join our Infrastructure/Identity & Access Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory users, groups, computers, service accounts and security groups
• Troubleshoot password resets, account unlocks and account lockouts
• Perform basic DNS record creation/modification/deletion
• Support for application integrations using LDAP/LDAPS and ADFS
• Perform basic ADFS administration, including relying party configuration
• Server patching verification and coordination with respective teams
• Perform AD/Windows infrastructure monitoring and health checks
• Execute basic PowerShell commands/scripts and generate AD reports
• Support Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
• Verify backups and coordinate server patching activities
• Handle incidents, service requests, alerts, changes, security tickets and DR activities
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as per defined procedures
• Maintain proper incident, request, change and operational documentation
