Job Description: We are looking for an experienced L2 Linux & Database Support Engineer to manage Linux systems, provide database operational support, troubleshoot infrastructure and application incidents, and maintain system health and service availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor and troubleshoot Linux operating systems.
• Provide database administration and operational support.
• Perform database patching, health checks and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot database backup and recovery-related activities.
• Support OS patching, security updates and vulnerability remediation.
• Investigate application and infrastructure incidents and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support server, storage, backup, network and security-related operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, periodic health checks and health reporting.
• Handle L2 incidents and problems in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with application teams, OEMs and vendors for technical troubleshooting and resolution.
• Maintain operational documentation and incident records.
