About the Role

CONVICTION HR is hosting a major Walk-In Drive for experienced L2 Technical Support professionals to join a leading MNC process in Pune.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 Year International Voice / Blended Process Experience
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, & Outlook Configuration
• Excellent Communication Skills Mandatory
• Clean UAN Mandatory
• Notice Period up to 30 Days Acceptable
