We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive end-to-end development of Gen AI solutions from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI), and deployment of AI systems in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and deployment of scalable Gen AI/LLM solutions

• Fine-tune and optimize domain-specific LLMs

• Build agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI

• Implement RAG architecture with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Chroma, Pinecone)

• Develop APIs using Flask/FastAPI for AI integrations

• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to AI/ML best practices

Mandatory Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with CrewAI, LangGraph, or LangChain

• Proven deployment of at least one complete agentic AI solution

• Strong Python skills with libraries like PyTorch, Transformers, etc.

• Experience in secure deployment of Gen AI systems (cloud/on-prem)
