About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Architect Lead to drive the design and execution of premium residential real estate projects across Mumbai and India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to completion.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee timely delivery of drawings and project milestones.
• Conduct site visits and review project documentation.
• Handle and lead a team.
• Knowledge and experience of MOEF & HRC is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Strong experience in high-end residential projects.
