About the Role

We are hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer for a technology-driven HFT firm specializing in systematic alpha research and electronic market-making across global exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the DevOps/Infrastructure team.
• Design, build and maintain scalable production infrastructure.
• Drive CI/CD, automation, monitoring and deployment practices.
• Work closely with Traders, Quants and Software Engineers.
• Ensure high availability, reliability and performance of trading systems.

Looking For

• 5 years of experience in DevOps experience in a high-performance environment.
• Experience managing and mentoring a technical team.
• Hands on with Bash and Python.
• Hands-on expertise with Linux, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, CI/CD and automation.
• Experience in HFT mandatory.
