Job Title: Loan Associate (WFH client visit)

Niyam Investments is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Associate to join its growing financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, and managing end-to-end loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new clients for loan products
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Handle loan products including Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, LAS, Education Loans, and Gold Loans
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for processing and approvals
• Ensure smooth documentation, processing, and disbursement of loans
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in loan or financial product sales
• Comfortable with field sales and client visits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to source, manage, and convert leads effectively
