MIS Analyst - Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports
• Develop dashboards and presentations for project & operational performance
• Consolidate data from Projects, Finance, Sales, HR & other departments
• Track KPIs, trends, gaps & deviations
• Analyse operational and project data for management decision-making
• Support budgeting, forecasting & project performance analysis
• Prepare management review decks, trackers & ad-hoc reports
• Coordinate with multiple departments for data collection and validation
• Support reporting automation and process standardization
• Work on ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based trackers

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in MIS / Business Analytics / Operations Reporting
• Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Exposure to SAP / ERP systems preferred
• Strong analytical, coordination & presentation skills
