MIS Executive - Mumbai

About the Role

Sthapatya Evaluators & Actuaries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated MIS Executive to join their Valuation Operations team in Mumbai. This role suits someone who enjoys working with Excel, data, reporting and operations, and offers an opportunity to grow a career in the Valuation & Advisory sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS Reports
• Track valuation assignments and monitor TAT, pending and completed cases
• Maintain accurate data in Excel and internal systems
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and Valuation Teams
• Prepare management reports and dashboards
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections

Required Skills

• Strong MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS & Charts
• Analytical & data-management skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple reports & deadlines

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Eligibility

• Experience: 1 – 3 years preferred
• Freshers with strong Excel & analytical skills may also apply
