• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, UPS & Fire & Safety.
• Experience in commercial buildings / coworking / managed offices preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and technical coordination skills.
• Ready to work onsite in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day technical maintenance and breakdowns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with AMC vendors and service providers.
• Ensure smooth operation of technical systems.
• Attend client and site-level technical requirements.
