Eligibility

• Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical & Electronics
• 2024-2025 & 2025-2026 pass-out batches
• First 1 year as Apprentice
• After 2 years as N-DET, based on performance, promotion to Field Engineer (Full-Time Employee)
• After promotion, eligible for WILP B.Tech programs from institutes like BITS Pilani / MIT
• Entire B.Tech program cost will be borne by the company
• B.Tech enrollment is subject to performance

Stipend / CTC

• Apprentice: ?12,000/month | ?1.44 LPA
• N-DET: ?25,000/month | ?3.00 LPA
• Field Engineer: ?30,000/month | ?3.60 LPA
