Network Engineer – L2 - Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer – L2 with strong hands-on experience in Cisco networking and BGP to join our team in Vidyavihar, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting of Cisco Routers & Switches
• Strong practical experience with Cisco BGP in real-time production environments
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, connectivity and network performance issues
• Handle network incidents, escalations and configuration changes
• Monitor network performance and ensure network availability
• Coordinate with L1/L3 and other infrastructure teams for issue resolution
• Perform RCA and maintain network documentation

Required Skills

• 3–10 years of relevant L2 Network Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on Cisco experience
• Strong hands-on BGP experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of Routing & Switching
• Strong career stability
• Good communication skills

Added Advantage

• CCNP Certified candidates preferred
• Knowledge of OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, HSRP/VRRP
