About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer who strictly comes from an NBFC background and has strong hands-on experience in Node.js and SQL. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building scalable backend systems, working in microservices architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and REST APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
• Work with Node.js and SQL to build and manage robust backend systems.
• Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes.
• Work with Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with teams to implement and deliver high-performance, scalable applications.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Work in a Linux environment for development and deployment.
• Follow microservices architecture to design modular backend components.
• Document technical processes, APIs, and system flow.

Required Skills:

• Strictly from an NBFC background (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and SQL (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Redis
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment
• Proficient with design patterns and coding best practices
• Ability to identify and fix performance issues

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with NestJS
• Experience with AWS Glue
