Onboarding Officer

Location: Thane – Wagle Estate
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday 1st Saturday
Experience: 1 Years
Qualification: Graduate preferred
Age: Up to 35 years

Job Responsibilities

• Handle 150–200 outbound calls daily with a minimum of 5 hours talk time.
• Generate leads and drive sales through target-based outbound calling.
• Promote and sell equity-based products and investment advisory services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate counselling.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of hardcore BPO Sales / Outbound Sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in target-based calling, lead conversion and sales closure.
• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong convincing, interpersonal and objection-handling skills.
• Basic mathematical proficiency required.
• Share Market / Equity / Investment / Financial Advisory experience will be an added advantage.

Gujarati | Bengali | Tamil | Telugu | Tulu | Kannada | Malayalam

Not Eligible

Candidates with experience primarily in Insurance, Credit Cards, D-MAT, Bank Account/CASA Sales, Customer Service/CSR or Back Office/Non-Voice are not preferred.

Location Preference

Central Line: Dadar to Badlapur (Mumbra excluded). Western Line not preferred. Harbour Line: Airoli to Panvel.
