About the Role

BellaVita is looking for Packaging Development professionals to join our NPD team.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Packaging Development / Packaging NPD within Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Fragrance or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience in developing primary & secondary packaging.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials such as plastic, glass, tubes, pumps, jars, bottles, cartons, etc.
• Experience working with vendors, packaging suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Ability to manage packaging development from concept to final product.
• Knowledge of packaging specifications, artwork, sampling, testing and approvals.
• Strong coordination with NPD, Design, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
• Candidates from Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics or Fragrance brands will be preferred.
