Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and assist in preparing solutions
Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and documentation
Coordinate with technical teams to gather required information
Prepare basic demos or product walkthroughs (training will be provided)
Handle client queries and provide initial responses
Maintain records of leads, proposals, and follow-ups

Required Skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of IT/software services (preferred)
