Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and high code quality standards.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in line with industry best practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand system requirements and dependencies.

• Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to improve code quality and team capability.

• Resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks swiftly.

• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Work with Product Managers and Owners to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans.

• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement of processes, code quality, and team productivity.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 years of strong software development experience in Java.

• Proven Full Stack development skills with end-to-end project ownership.

• Solid experience with Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate (or equivalent ORM), and RESTful APIs.

• Good hands-on understanding of Angular (basic to intermediate level).

• Strong SQL knowledge and basic query performance tuning.

• Experience writing unit tests using JUnit.

• Proficient in design patterns, application architecture, and software engineering best practices.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, mentoring developers and leading technical decision-making.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Working knowledge of Liquibase is a plus.

• Experience working in product-based companies preferred.
