Mandatory Experience

Strong hands-on experience in all 3 domains – Operations Training Quality is mandatory. Candidates without experience in any one of these three domains will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence initiatives across International Operations.
• Analyze operational performance, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvement plans.
• Work closely with Operations, Training, and Quality teams to improve productivity, quality, compliance, and customer experience.
• Monitor improvement initiatives and measure their impact against defined business metrics.
• Present performance insights and improvement recommendations to senior stakeholders.
