We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution . The role involves working closely with the founder, engineering, design, and marketing teams to build innovative features and improve user engagement on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Prioritize features based on user value and business impact
• Analyze user behavior, engagement, and product metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
• Lead and mentor the product team

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in product management
• Experience with consumer-facing digital or mobile products
• Strong understanding of product strategy, UX, and data-driven decisions
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in fintech and startup environments
