About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated IIT fresher to join our technology team as a Graduate Trainee - IT. The candidate will receive hands-on exposure to enterprise technology projects and work closely with senior technical and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT projects from planning through implementation and delivery
• Work with technical teams to understand requirements, timelines and deliverables
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, dashboards and presentations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and track project progress
• Participate in problem-solving, analysis and process improvement initiatives
• Learn and work with relevant IT tools, technologies and project management methodologies
• Support senior managers in project tracking, risk identification and stakeholder communication

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of software development/IT concepts
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and documentation
• Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly
• Strong ownership, teamwork and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

• IIT B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA graduate with strong academic performance
• Exposure to coding, data analytics, cloud, AI/ML or project management through academic projects/internships
