About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong technical expertise in Python and PostgreSQL to manage software development projects and coordinate with technical teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Python – Mandatory.
• PostgreSQL – Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in project planning, execution and delivery.
• Strong team management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage timelines, priorities and project deliverables.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases and backend development.
• Experience working with development and technical teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from requirement gathering through delivery.
• Plan project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers, QA and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate project status and updates to management.
• Understand technical requirements and coordinate with the development team.
• Ensure quality, performance and successful project delivery.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Education

• B.Tech – Preferred
• B.Sc. IT – Eligible
