Role Highlights
- Build scalable and reusable Python frameworks.
- Develop data models, stored procedures, and regression automation.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments across environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, quality engineers, and trading/operations teams.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development and reusable frameworks.
- Expert-level SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and execution-plan analysis.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, Git, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Experience with capital markets platforms, trading data integrations, and messaging/API patterns.
- Hands-on experience with batch job scheduling tools such as AutoSys, Control-M, or Airflow.
- Understanding of post-trade data flows and regression automation.
Good to Have
- Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS).
- Containers and Kubernetes.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- DevSecOps tools such as Sonar, Mend, or ZAP.
