Key Responsibilities

• Audit customer interactions against standard quality framework parameters
• Deliver actionable feedback and targeted coaching to improve agent performance
• Conduct trend analysis, identify operational gaps, and recommend process improvements
• Participate in internal and client calibration sessions

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst (QA/QTL) in a BPO/Customer Support environment
• Deep understanding of quality parameters, audit methodologies, and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
