We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated RCM Specialists for the US Healthcare process. Candidates with knowledge of Prior Authorization and AR Calling are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to work in the US Night Shift are also welcome to apply.

Position - RCM Trainee/Associate/AR Caller
Good Communication Skills required
Basic knowledge of Prior Authorization & AR Calling preferred
70% Calling & 30% Desk work
Willingness to work in US Night Shift
Communicating with clients over calls and emails
Maintaining accurate records and updating information over application systems
?? Location: Marol Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai
?? US Shift: 6:00PM To 3:00 AM ( Drop is Available)

?? Working Days: Monday to Friday (All Saturdays Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Prior Authorization processes for healthcare services and treatments.
- Perform AR Calling and follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Verify claim status, payment details, denials, and rejections.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and claim updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and insurance-related issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending and denied claims.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills are mandatory
Basic computer knowledge
Minimum basic typing speed
Qualification: 12th Pass, Graduate, or above
Age: 18 to 40 years
