Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive, and reusable components.
• Build and style components using Tailwind CSS with a utility-first approach.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams.
• Optimize frontend performance and improve application speed.
• Implement best practices for component reusability and scalable styling architecture.
• Debug and resolve frontend issues, bugs, and UI inconsistencies.
• Maintain code quality through linting, testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
• Strong expertise in:
  • JavaScript (ES6 )
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • React Hooks
  • Functional Components
  • Component Lifecycle Management
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Tailwind CSS for building responsive and maintainable user interfaces.
  • Developing pixel-perfect UIs from Figma and Adobe XD designs.
  • TypeScript.
  • CSS architecture methodologies such as BEM, SMACSS, etc.
  • State management using Redux and/or Context API.
  • REST API integration.
  • Asynchronous data fetching, caching, and state synchronization using React Query and/or RTK Query.
  • API error handling, authentication flows, and secure frontend practices.
  • Component-driven development and scalable React application architecture.
  • Version control systems such as Git.
