Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand and implement business requirements.

• Architect and develop enterprise-grade ReactJS applications using TypeScript.

• Build reusable, maintainable code and UI components with performance and scalability in mind.

• Implement responsive and adaptive UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, and JSX.

• Optimize application performance across a variety of devices and browsers.

• Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and pseudocode.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and lead by example.

• Drive adoption of best practices, CI/CD, and clean code principles.

• Mentor junior developers, share knowledge of new tools and techniques in ReactJS.

• Ensure high code quality using tools such as SonarQube and enforce code quality metrics.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and use ALM tools like JIRA.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose innovative solutions to improve the codebase.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.

• Expert-level knowledge of ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern ES6 JavaScript.

• Strong knowledge of Redux, MobX, or other state management tools.

• In-depth understanding of web markup, templating technologies, and JSX.

• Experience working with Micro-Frontend architecture.

• Proficient in writing unit tests using testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

• Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN.

• Strong grasp of browser internals, rendering behavior, and performance tuning.

• Solid understanding of AJAX, asynchronous request handling, and partial page updates.

• Familiarity with browser development tools and debugging techniques.

• Experience in setting up and maintaining build tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM.

• Familiarity with code quality and static analysis tools like SonarQube.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).

• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration with backend technologies (Node.js, Java, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
