Overview:

We are hiring for two positions for experienced Leasing Executives focused on renting properties in the Retail & Commercial and Warehousing segments. The ideal candidates will handle end-to-end rental processes, from lead generation to final lease execution, ensuring occupancy and revenue targets are met.

Position 1: Leasing Executive – Retail & Commercial (Renting)

Position 2: Leasing Executive – Warehousing (Renting)

Key Responsibilities (for both roles):

• Identify and qualify potential tenants for rental spaces.

• Handle inquiries and schedule property showings for commercial, retail, or warehouse properties.

• Negotiate rental terms and ensure alignment with market conditions and company policies.

• Prepare and manage lease agreements and supporting documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of available inventory, occupancy status, and client interactions.

• Build strong broker networks and client relationships for consistent lead flow.

• Stay updated with local rental trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activity.

• Work with legal, operations, and facility teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and property handover.
