The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing commercial properties, generating and converting leads, and managing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote commercial real estate projects.
Generate leads and convert them into clients.
Coordinate with developers, brokers, and clients to facilitate property sales and leases.
Oversee marketing campaigns, digital outreach, and offline promotional events.
Manage a small team and ensure targets are met.

Requirements:
