Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closures

Requirements

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
• 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing/Consultancy preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, or other sourcing platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
