Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, recruitment & candidate management.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Assist the team with day-to-day hiring activities
• Support walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the joining and onboarding process
