Job Responsibilities

• Source Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) customers through direct market sourcing (DST).

• Generate new business by identifying potential customers through field sales, referrals, and channel partners.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets assigned by the organization.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.

• Guide customers throughout the loan application, documentation, login, sanction, and disbursement process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers, DSAs, and channel partners to generate continuous business.

• Ensure complete and accurate customer documentation as per company policies.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.

• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Maintain MIS reports and adhere to company compliance and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, or Secured Loan sales.

• Experience in Direct Sales Team (DST) or field sales is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of HL/LAP products, loan documentation, and the end-to-end loan process.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to achieve business targets and work independently in a sales-driven environment.

• Graduate preferred.
