About the Role

We are hiring an experienced RF Engineer for Indovision Services Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidate will be for our client company. Reliance Jio is anti-poaching.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong knowledge of 5G NSA & SA architecture.
• Good understanding of 2G/4G/5G OSS KPIs.
• OSS KPI monitoring, analysis, optimization and degradation analysis.
• RF parametric optimization suggestions and execution.
• SCFT & Cluster Drive Test execution, Layer-3 analysis and report preparation.
• 5G functional testing, issue analysis and customer closure.
• 4G/5G feature trial execution and validation.
• gNB/eNB software and configuration-related issue analysis.
• Coordination with R&D/HQ teams for technical issue resolution.
• Performance validation of gNB software, patches and features through field trials.
• End-to-end technical issue analysis across gNB/eNB, Backhaul, Core, UE and RF Optimization.
• Analysis of UE, eNB/gNB logs for troubleshooting.
• Customer technical support and knowledge transfer for LTE & 5G RF solutions.
• Day-to-day issue handling, tracking and reporting.

Required Technical Expertise

• Strong LTE & 5G RF concepts, network architecture, radio protocols and call procedures.
• Strong knowledge of RF parameters, RF KPIs, KPI calculation formulas and KPI logic.
• Hands-on experience in Layer-3 analysis and field drive testing.
• Experience with RF tools such as XCAL, XCAP, TEMS, QXDM, QCAT, MapInfo, Mycom, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in LTE/5G RAN and RF-related issues.
• Understanding of RF feature design, implementation and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with project stakeholders.
